Mit der Hermann-Boddinschule
Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, durch gemeinsame künstlerische Aktionen und Interventionen eine bewusste und verantwortungsvolle Stellungnahme und Lebenseinstellung zum weit verbreiteten Konsum-und-Wegschmeiß-Verhalten anzukurbeln. Anhand der Inuit Mythe Imap Ukûa, konfrontieren drei Künstler von Artistania e.V. die Anwohner*innen und Schüler*innen der Boddinschule mit dem alltäglichen Müll in deren Lebensraum. Durch regelmäßige Treffen in der Schule werden 1) Fragen rund um Müll thematisiert, 2) mit Müll und Schrott kreative Experimente durchgeführt, und 3) performative Aktionen im öffentlichen Raum vorbereitet.
1) Wir wollen spielerisch und dokumentarisch mit folgenden Fragen arbeiten „Ab welchem Moment ist etwas „Müll“? Was machen wir üblicherweise mit „Müll“? Und Wie können wir „Müll“ auch als „Material“ betrachten?
2) Wie können wir genau das Material, das die Menschen wegschmeißen, als Medium für unsere Einsichten benutzen und es „für sich sprechen lassen“? Figuren, Szenen, Gefühle oder Fragen aus der Mythe werden hier aufgegriffen und mit den gefundenen Objekten (im Kiez oder zu Hause) in neuer Form ins Leben gerufen.
3) Das Performen an sich und die Erfahrungen als Darsteller gehören zur dritten Phase dieses Projektes. Das Feedback der Teilnehmenden und das des Publikums wird gesammelt und besprochen, um die Aktionen eventuell für künftige Vorstellungen anzupassen.

23.-26.04: Großpuppenbau bei der Netten Ecke
Am 23.04 und 26.04 werden wir die Großpuppe der Wassergöttin Imap Ukua bei der Netten Ecke weiter ausbauen. Alle sind herzlich eingeladen mitzumachen!

This project aims to stimulate a conscious and responsible attitude towards the widespread consumption and discarding behaviour of our society through joint artistic actions and interventions. Using the Inuit myth Imap Ukûa, three artists from Artistania e.V. confront the residents and students of the Boddin School with the everyday garbage in their living space. Regular meetings at school are used to 1) Pose questions about rubbish, 2) Carry out creative experiments with rubbish and scrap, and 3) Prepare performative actions in public space.
1) We want to work in a playful and documenting way with the following questions “At what moment is something“ rubbish ”? What do we usually do with "garbage"? And how can we also see “garbage” as “material”?
2) How can we use the very material that people are throwing away, as a medium for our insights and "let it speak for itself"? Figures, scenes, feelings or questions from the myth are taken up here and brought to life in a new form with the objects found (in the neighbourhood or at home).
3) The performing itself and the experience as an actor belong to the third phase of this project. The feedback from the participants and that of the audience is collected and discussed in order to adapt the actions for future ideas.

On April 23rd and April 26th we will expand the large doll of the water goddess Imap Ukua at the Nette Ecke. Everyone is cordially invited to take part!
